I'm don't know which one Britt is talking about.

The "is it locked Justin?" now to me sounds like "is the black dress mine?" just as randi's comment says.

So strange are EVPs!

It has been a while since I visited "the Knick" this past Halloween night. I just stumbled on this blog...not much of an internet blog reader of any kind, but I have not been the same since my visit to the hotel.

I read of your experience on the third floor in the "opera room", and it brought me comfort. I visited as a guest of a paranormal research team (my first paranormal investigation), with little knowledge of the hotel's history, and with lots of doubts that the place was haunted. I too had an experience in that room, and it clings to my mind because in my scientific mind, what I saw makes no sense.

I have a hard time believing my own mind to this day! In the darkness, during a "flashlight communication" session, as I sat on the floor in that room, I heard and felt my charm necklace lift from my neck, drop back down, and jingle. Then, moments later, I saw an arm reach for me in the darkness.

Again...I was sitting cross-legged on the floor-so the arm was at a low level. It startled me to a point of "ducking" sideways, and yelling at the women nearest me for reaching at me. But, of course it was not her. I could see that arm very clearly! I immediately was very upset and confused. I can still see that arm reaching for me to this day. It thrills me and disturbs me at the same time!

I am not sure if I can doubt my experiences any longer. At the time of the incident, I had this CRAZY sense that a child was present and feeling guilty or upset that I was alarmed at his/her attempt to play with my necklace. Or is that silly? I still doubt my mind!

I agree: this "shadow" wasn't made by a living human. And a definite orb that zooms along, L to R, near the bottom of the frame. Excellent capture!!!
