Who is the Man at the Top of the Stairs

I posted the photos but I don’t know too many details about what we are looking at here. I know the man is unidentified and there should have been no one in the building at the time Memart capped this screen.

I was upstairs with Peg last week when we were discussing the screen cap Memart had sent us. Peg noticed she had a poster on the door, old photos from way back, among them was a photo of Milo Arnold. Whoever is in the cap seems to be looking in the area of that poster. Do you think Milo was admiring an old photo of  himself?

How The Knickerbocker will deal with Chat Room

Hi All
This is to let our viewers know how we are dealing with the chat room.
First this notice is being posted because we have had some offensive chat view log ins recently and they have been dealt with.
We want to Educate our moderators on how to deal with less then perfect chatters.
We needed to Setup accounts for Dabenj1, blarney-stone and Clara as moderator’s now as soon as they sign in the moderator symbol will show with them in as Mod’s.
Direct all problems to them not in chat room for others to start in with disruptive discussions. Only the Moderators will be able to help with what ever problems any one might be having. If there are problems here is how we plan on dealing with that problem.
1st We will send them a private message.
2nd If they do not comply, then they will be kicked out of chat first.
3rd If they insist on causing problems then they will be banned.
Auto ban for those not of the age 18yrs old.
For those not logged in if you have something you want to like to LOG IN or
posting links will be eliminated.If this is is first time viewer Mod’s will eliminat the post first then private message and ask that they log in.

We recently had a spammer who’s nick was (Irapeniggerchildren) it was an auto ban for the name and secondly u-stream was contacted. After the information wasgiven to the contacted ustream site controller Patrick( who eliminated their account from ustream and also had the FBI notified.) The link was eliminated as well. So this was why the Link policy went into effect.

People come to the Knickerbocker website to share , inspire and share information and the last thing they want is to be subjected to porn or personal subject matters that have nothing to do with the Paranormal setting we have set up for the site. We are interested in all things that are related to paranormal interests.

EVP caught by memart

This is an EVP captured by Ustreamer, memart, on Wednesday afternoon 11-04-09.

I had gone to The Knickerbocker around 4:30 or 5:00 to adjust the single view feed for Peg.

Lekzee had played for Pegs Reunion party that weekend and her guitars were still on their stands and not in the cases. I thought it would be nice if I were to put them away and take them to her.

I wanted to play the 12 string but it was hopelessly out of tune. The six string was O.K. so I played for the Ustreamers for about ten minutes.

Memart got this EVP shortly after I stopped playing. She thinks it sounds like ,”I was going to do it”. I had to listen a number of time with earbuds but I agree with memart. What do you think is says?
