About The Knickerbocker

The Knickerbocker has been investigated by four paranormal investigation teams and visited by numerous psychics and mediums. We would like to make it known that the overwhelming majority of the visitors who investigate and experience the building are "seekers", they, as we, are intrigued by the possibilities of what may be learned by opening their minds to the unknown.

We do not solicit investigation teams to come to The Knickerbocker, "to see what they can come up with", we are contacted by teams who are interested in exploring the unknown and feel The Knickerbocker holds clues and experiences that can bring their curiosity to the next level. We understand their interest.

We insist upon professional conduct and encourage scientific methods. Electronic equipment and science can take you well into the paranormal, but like a tour of a great mountain, at some point you have to abandon your Jeep and mount a horse. Some time after that you will rely on your two feet and a stout heart, as a Christian, I take the love of Christ with me. Whatever our religion or spiritual inclination, I believe that deep down, we seek life and a closer association with the love that is our source, and that is a noble endeavor.
